I've never seen a juvenile starling, other than here, but they're a lovely looking bird.

Great to get woodpeckers in your garden Linda and nesting and fledgling but not at all surprised with the work you have put into your beautiful garden that attracts not only birds, foxes, badgers, and other wildlife. A big well done to you

Aww thanks ILR..well hopefully will be lots of berries for them come winter time as I have planted pllenty that produce them...my wild area is looking rather sad now with the heavy rain..perhaps the wind and sun with havebthe long grass standing tall again soon lol
