My newest youngsters this morning...I get very few sparrows
Young moorhens
Regards
Benji
I also have 2 squabs....
One in good condition
And 1 that's been attacked ...not sure what with but it can fly so hopefully just got away in time!
(back of its neck is pretty bare ...thought best to show you it's better side)
North west corner of Colebrook lake (north), Moor Green Lakes. This lake, for some reason, never seems to get good light. Standing on its western edge is particularly bad in the early morning.
Mum and dad with decent sized brood. Birds were some way off.
I'm sure I had another cygnet down here somewhere.
Strolling over to Manor farm restoration. Some Canada geese and young, alongside Finch pond (south). Two lots. Here's first family.
And second family
