Butterflies and Moths 2023

I believe this is a 'Twenty-plume Moth'. It was in my lounge the other night.

That’s a good photo of the plume moth. I saw one yesterday evening but couldn’t get a photo of it cause it landed on a leaf so I went and tryed to take a photo but my camara struggled to find the moth on the leaf even though I knew where it is and then When I found it it flew up very high towards the windows and the roof which made me want to develop wings and follow it

On a walk along the Little Ouse yesterday the first Brimstone to stop and pose for a photo.

Butterflies are much faster than birds on take off, I was shooting at 25 frames a second to get those 3 shots before it disappeared out of the frame.
