With the weather been so hot yesterday we opted to go a stroll around Baron Haugh when it was cooler...about 6pm...
It was quiet but relaxing...I saw a kingie wizz pass me but never got one shot!!!...just happy to see it again.
Anyhoo here's what we did see....
Lots of lovely trees lol
A den ?
Not sure what lives in this if anything
Finally some movement...
Couple of horses
Just as we approached the wildflower meadow .....wee Jenny was sitting waiting for her picture to be taken
Ah some water at last...not that there was much to see
Lots of fish for Kingie
As you can see it was hard to see anything but a lovely walk all the same
Water levels have clearly dropped
RRB showing us the way to the next hide
Cmon let's go!
Not that there was much to see
Lapwings were too far away
And that was our wee couple of hours out at Barons Haugh....seems like ages since we have been out!
Thanks for looking...
Stay safe everyone;-)

Thank you Gaynor, and I have to say thank you to the practice nurse, for without her support, and likewise the hospital, the progress would not have been made.

I don't do slow!
Seriously though, I'm itching to get out and about again, even if it's just down the garden.
