Saw this family of little grebes yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately my photography skills aren't up to much and I was not in a good spot given where the sunlight was coming from. I didn't want to get too close in case I disturbed them. I thought I might still share the photos because it was such a lovely sight. There was a grey heron around so fingers crossed the little ones survive.
