Time to start this year's thread of odds and sods (Last year's Odds & Sods HERE)
Today a large flock of 40 or so Redwings descended on the fields around our local parkland and although they were pretty skittish and distant I hard cropped a few pics for you ....
and a blue tit landed nearby !

VERY ODD Sunbathing today on the Summerhouse roof LOL
HAPPY AS LARRY
Until his mate came to annoy him
Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Lot to learn
Peak district deer Tuesday out in the meadows, plus a big one relaxing in the shade. Makes a nice change when they come down from the moors and heather and socialize amongst the buttercups.
gaynorsl said:Beautiful laid back fox visiting you Mike :-) Nice Greenie too, I'm getting a few here now too. BTW I noticed a number of Blackbirds out and about in the fields, enjoying the grass now the sileage has been cut, maybe that was why there weren't so many around, the farmer let it grow waist high this year!!
It certainly was a beautiful looking fox, and very chilled out.....
Good that you're seeing your blackbirds again. Grass cutting is like many things, a catch 22 scenario, damned if you do, damned if you don't.

It was very nice to see the fox. The foxes that visit us usually do so when I'm in bed, so this was a pleasant spot, as for the greenie, definitely.
What better place Linda than a summer house for a spot of sun bathing. Nice photos.
