I usually start this thread by cheating and having a pic of a baby Feral Pigeon that I have rescued. Not this year. Today, the first of the Little, Little HTR's arrived in the garden, right on schedule. It is currently in the flowering currant. Little HTR has been taking dozens of waxies to the nest and this morning I noticed him going via the flowering currant. I just had a little look and saw a fledgling in there.

Baby Blue Tits arrived suddenly. I think the mum might have been the one I've been hand feeding.
Your first bath my boy.
It's lovely Mum

Awww, good to see the young blueys arriving and enjoying their first cool bath on a hot day; I'm dishing out more mealworms and waxworms at the moment during the heatwave as it must be exhausting for these breeding birds to continue feeding their fledglings. Blue Tit chicks are so enchanting with their little bandit mask ! lovely photos Tony. I get a pair of blue tits and great tits in the courtyard and they've been taking worms away for their young; yesterday and today I could hear their distinctive calls up in the trees so they have fledged now. Great Tit adults have just been for a takeaway waxworm meal, returning several times.
