Starting with a first for me ... Sparrowhawk in neighbour's garden here in quarry, only ever seen a seemingly lost youngster many years ago!
Grabbed ID vid footage through d/glazed door, then battery died & by time I'd replaced it to go outside for better res a delivery driver stopped next door & frightened the bird off!! grrrrrr
Hope it's a one-off for the sake of my Spadger horde!

Late yesterday afternoon, a grey squirrel made a visit to the garden, still quite dubious of me, and wandered up the cherry tree.
Is it still there, looking at me?
It can't see me, but I can see it....
I'll have a quick nibble while I'm here.
it should be safe, I'm out of sight here....
Time to go home, that thing seems passive enough.
A last quick nibble before home

When there’s Starlings around, having a peaceful bath just isn't an option.!!
My bird photos HERE
GSW looking for a drink as the pond is full....
One wood pigeon makes it full!
He creeps down the fence to the bird bath
Then to be joined by a starling
Ahh peace at last!
Oh and woody after his bath..lol

Out checking moth trap tonight & saw my female Hoggie coming out of well patched up feeding station, couldn't resist one pic
She's a regular every night & has made a nest in the Hoghouse, hoping to see youngsters at some stage! How lucky am I?
Brilliant photos Linda, esp the GSW, and I guess the wood pigeon never managed to retain it's angelic hopes....
A couple of random pics from yesterday, a mix of colour and monochrome cloud shots, using the circular polariser filter.
