Happy New Year all
I know you’ve enjoyed sharing your sunrise and sunset photos, and a good many have enjoyed seeing the photos and experiences posted, so here is this year’s thread.
First, thank you to all who have shared their photos for 2019, not just in the UK, but from other countries also, I’m sure you’ll agree, they have all been fabulous.
Last year’s thread is here:

and the initial thread here, which started as

To save Hazy the pressure of missing a sunrise, here is the first of my contributions for 2020.
Can you see the sun?
It is there, honest!

Taken a couple of days ago, a very striking orange cloud just before the heavens opened!
The sun has now moved southwards, making for sunset opportunities, weather permitting, and I've managed to grab one, just the one mind you, a bonfire night sunset....
I have a sunrise from the following morning, but as yet, I've to download that from the camera
Finally cleared all photos from the camera, and the last one to be uploaded, sunrise the morning after bonfire night...
I thought this looked quite apocalyptic
A rare (for me) telephoto landscape of a distant power station during a dramatic stormy sunset - well, I say sunset but it was actually just a colourful late afternoon.
