  A bit of an understatement to say it's distinctive! I've seen the odd leucistic bird but not such a dramatic example.

  100+ White fronted Geese at WWT Slimbridge this morning. These ones are visitors to the UK from Siberia which have stayed over the Winter period and due to fly back at any time now.

  Nigel this is the 3rd one I've seen in 20 years like this. This time last year I saw a pure white Lapwing and coot in the same week.

  Fantastic Paul ! A brillant shot. I can see the orange spot in its crest. Just learned they only have it in breeding time.
