Hi all, I am just getting this thread started, Its been a very long day today, got up at 4:30am and set off at 6:30am from my mates so have just had two hour in bed, so will post this one picture first of an Otter it was a long way out and even at 600mm still needed a crop, will try and get a few more up tonight but not promising :( taken from Grisedale hide now time to have something to eat.

Great stuff Jim. That last Robin looks like it was perched in a breezy spot.
FMR has got the right idea. Far too early for courtship feeding.

Not been out today because it was not going to be nice so had a few drinks last night and had a sleep in :) but this morning was quite nice and it did cloud over later and rained, but tomorrow looks very nice so will be out early.

I got a little mixed up here I thought I was with Hazel and Mike, but I was with my mate Jim, on the last day we started off at the salt marsh and saw a SEO released it was on the opposite side of the lagoon but had an extender on my 400mm so got a few pictures, here is a post I have just come across sadly you can’t edit it so it looks like Hazel and Mike did make it on the day :)
