As you all, probably, know it is World Wetlands day on Thursday 2nd February.
I am thinking that this may be a good day for an unofficial get together of Group members, I am intending to be on the reserve for the day and would love to meet up with any of the regulars here, to get acquainted or reacquainted.
Nothing official but it would be nice to put faces to names, swap stories etc

Yes it was a good day, both weather wise and more importantly, company wise. Was good to get acquainted or reacquainted, with everybody.
As we are all regulars, we should hopefully be able to arrange our visits to make meeting up a regular occurrence, it certainly adds something to what is already a great place to visit
We most certainly should ... I am spontaneous though .. so if I tweet I am at Newport, don't take it as a slight, I just decided off the cuff to go! ;o)
