It appears one hide will be be erected at the far east end near the pylons/wooded area in February. It is also hoped to have three hides down the saline lagoons area.
That's FANTASTIC news!
Pontycyclops did send me a tweet about a "big hide shaped hole" down near the woods a few weeks back and I popped down to check it out. Looks good.

Lol!
I many little jigs .. a personal favourite of my girlfriend is my "there's a great spotted woodpecker in our garden" jig.
Did it again today, when we had both a male and female in the garden .. hoping they choose to nest in the hazel tree at the back of our garden! ;o)
Any updates on the hides situation?
They seem to still be well hidden ;)
Best regardsNigel

One at the copse end of the Uskmouth site to be installed by Feb (weather permitting!). The ground has been cleared in readiness. Has to be by Feb to avoid any disruption of the breeding season. Also 2/3 at the saline lagoons within similar time frame.
