Any suggestions what these smaller waders are likely to be?

I could see the curlews just about, but the little waders were too distant. A couple of them were redshanks but I couldn't see red legs on the rest of them.

Any ideas?

  • Thanks. It's the little birds flying over that I couldn't see properly.  They looked slightly smaller than the couple of birds with red legs (probably redshanks) in the second photo. Starting to think they could be dunlins.
