As promised here are a few of the species to be found on the shore as the tide retreats.
I have less familiarity with waders than many and would appreciate any help with I.D. I believe they are mainly Dunlin, but can also see Grey Plover!
This is Goldcliff Point, many interesting sea-going birds have been spotted from here that don't normally make landfall. The little strip of land on the wall itself is a beacon for migrant birds such as the Wheatear at the right time of year.
