I may not have been posting on here recently but I have kept busy and here are a few of my recent videos!
Great videos John showing what it is possible to see and hear at Newport when you are prepared to spend time there rather than just walk around in the hope of seeing something.

Cheers Paul - really encouraging comment!
I always look forward to your posts and hopefully will be able to spend more time there in future and make a more active contribution to the forum. I'm sure that there are others who do the same. thank you
Thanks once again Paul, really looking forward to your posts!
Hi John -welcome back,I've really missed your posts! What great videos-all fantastic,I can appreciate how much time and effort you have put into them.Great to see the Boar and youngsters growing up,do they ever stop digging?!. I like how you've included the bird calls, very useful. We've had a Temminck's stint at Hayle estuary recently, although I didn't see it,and I was lucky to see a Grey Phalarope down here a few years ago-tiny little things! Had a couple of visits to Wales, but no time to visit the Wetlands unfortunately,so your photos and videos really help keep me connected to this lovely reserve
Best wishes, Jayne

Thanks for your encouragement Jayne, so nice of you to give that warm welcome, will definitely try and keep up with the posts. Funny you should mention the Grey Phalarope - there's one on the reservoir in Rogerstone right now, i'm going to post it as a new thread now so that ouars can get to see it. Photos/video to follow.
