Incidentally the way to get the video to appear directly in here is to click on the green 'Insert/Edit Media' icon on the top line and then choose the 'You Tube or Web (URL)' instead of 'Computer (Upload)' - paste the link in there and then click in the window that appears which will fill with the video.
