Hi everyone :-)
Thanks for all the brilliant updates, observations, pics, links etc. on yestarday's thread. Wonderful to see how quickly Star and Storm are growing. Thankfully the wind has subsided and I hope it stops bothering the LG Ospreys for the rest of the season.
EJ's awake at the moment, enjoying a good preen.

Fish 5
It took EJ a while to get the fish where she wanted it ... both chicks lined up, looking as if they haven't eaten since last week!

This wind is not forecast - phooey !
EJ relieves Odin of yet another fish
FISH! Brought in by Odin.
I was just thinking how clever EJ is, moving with the sun to keep her shadow over the chicks.
My video is uploaded. Sensational developments to follow when I work out how to post it - its content is lost to me so I'll have to watch it first, but I'm afraid I shall post it no matter how boring ;)
OH DEAR!!! COULD ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE A VIDEO FROM YOUTUBE, please?
I went off surfing elsewhere, not realising that it's only my desktop that gets recorded. So I've only got about 2 minutes of ospreys :(
IMAGICAT
Scylla what program do you use to record videos?
Brenda, DjoanS and Brenda thanks for captures. Is it just me but I think the picture quality on cam is better today.
DjoanS yes it watching those 2 eating machies sprawled out is quite funny. Notice they are both getting equal shares again. What a Mum EJ is and of course Odin is pretty wonderful too.
Margobird
Star and Storm are certainly becoming more and more mobile. Heart in mouth time as they wobble nearer the edge of the nest.
Scary moment, one right at the edge of the nest, thankfully now has moved over. Now its gone back to the edge near EJ.

One chick bleeting whilst mum tucks in to her meal. Lovely scene despite the wind.
