Hi everyone :-)
Thanks for all the brilliant updates, observations, pics, links etc. on yestarday's thread. Wonderful to see how quickly Star and Storm are growing. Thankfully the wind has subsided and I hope it stops bothering the LG Ospreys for the rest of the season.
EJ's awake at the moment, enjoying a good preen.

seems like we've got a new fish... didn't see odin bring it in though so it might have already been there
Odin brought the fish. Both chicks getting equal shares.
Feeding time again, I see!

OK then Fish 4
OK RtheB - thank you for advice - busy cooking for our meal after our hike tomorrow so will take a deep breath and have a go at that a little later.
RtheB, once you've recorded a asf file using vlc what do you use to cut it with if it needs it?
last year when i was uploading them to youtube i used a program called 'asfbin' but i never found it was up to much. it was always difficult to get it right. everything else i've got down fine, but i've never been able to find a decent program for editing them

DjoanS although I have said thanks for captures that are posted wanted to say thanks to you especially. You don't miss a thing and the captures are so clear, guessing you are usng the Carnyx site.
Very quiet on tne nest at the moment, it must be a relief for EJ to be able to stand up and stretch her legs a bit although I know she is probably shielding the chicks from the sun. It has gone from one extreme to another regarding weather.

Hi margobird - I just happen to hit on lucky most of the time ... hearing noises and coming to have a look! I don't actually use the Carnyx site ... but have the images at 150% zoom! I love the way the chicks are sprawled out on the nest, wings and feet spread out ... trying to keep in the shade of EJ :-)
Sounds like Odin's on his way .... EJ backwards walking ... yes ... here he is!
