    How lovely to get a sighting of a ringed bird.  Thank you Alan.  I have never heard of Rockland Broad before - I must put it on a list when I'm in the area.  It sounds lovely.

    I have actually been to Rockland Broad when i used to live near Norwich and it is well worth a visit
