Continuing THOMO's LG feeder, and including other cams as per title.
First, some LG feeder snaps & vids from the past couple of days.
Female & male GSWs, joined up by trickery - you may notice that the peanut tube is misshapen
Nasty Great Coal Tit:
No trickery for the 2 Blue Tits:
Now for the torture - I just cannot figure out Greenfinch or female Chaffinch:
This was in flight so has had to be sharpened a lot:
Little vid:
No mistaking the evening Crestie!
IMAGICAT
I'm just battling to unmire myself from a persistently vicious quag, went to get an up-to-date URL from Glaslyn and look who was there, taking up the whole stage!
It took ages to do that snap, lord knows when, if ever, I'll be back to "normal"

I agree Trevor. They look far less terradactyl all hunched up!
Many thanks Jill

A grey heron CC
Bit of Red squiggle action from LG feeder cam earlier this morning ( excuse backdrop of kitchen sounds)
I've got loads of bits 'n pieces, some clips that have not been joined up and uploaded yet, and some uploaded but not posted... What a mess!
Here's one from Glaslyn (I hope KORKY won't report me, but I would put it in the Glaslyn thread if I was doing 24/7 coverage) - I was amazed to hear this Magpie from all that way away!
Some bits 'n pieces from the last week in October:
I haven't seen masses of Whooper swans yet, they must be there, surely?
.
Starr Ranch Barn Owl cavity - now a honeybee hive!
Every so often, usually towards morning, a Barn Owl checks to see if the bees are still in control of its residence - usually the visit is so brief that one can only just get a snap, edging thru frame by frame (I spot the visits when I see the bees "surge" as a result of the intrusion), but this time wasn't so panicky. (The cam is faulty due to mouse activity, we get the jazzy stripes when IR is activated and there no sound at any time. There's been no attention to the cam for about 2 years I sh'ink.)
Here's a partial view of the honeycombs, the lelft third of the view is in black shade caused by the bright sunshine:
This is what it looked like when the owls last bred earlier this year:

Remember the LG "Sparrowhawk" vs Ravens a month or two ago? I was told it must have been the Goshawk. Well here were 2 Ravens tormenting a Cooper's Hawk, of which there are 2 regulars, one adult female and a juvie, which I think this was. Not my video:
A Bobcat drinks and stalks mice, never seen it catch anything but it has been seen passing thru with a rodent in its jaws. Coyotes are quite frequent visitors to drink at the pool and try to flush out mice from under the surrounding stones, never seen them succeed yet - I've seen between one and 8 coyotes.
The other night there was a one-on-one meet-up in the darkness at the back of the garden, very unclear but I done me best:
In-shell peanuts were scattered for the birds:
The hosts are always tending the garden, there were lots of adjustments for Hallowe'en - but shame there were not many visitors overnight. It's all been cleared away now.
