Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
rusty2 said:My surgery gave both jabs together last year. They have posted a notice on the website to say that they are expecting the flu jabs to arrive on September 18th and they will announce the dates of the sessions we can book into soon after that. However, they are very disgruntled because, although they applied to administer the covid boosters like last year, (and very efficient they were too) they have been turned down and we are all going to get sent for at a bigger centre somewhere. It does seem like a waste of resources and, of course, an inconvenience to us clients!!
It's completely mad, isn't it? Two years ago Limpy had his first two Covid jabs at our local surgery but I had to go to a sports centre in Ipswich. I just don't get the logic .....if there is any.
