HAPPY NEW WEEK!
Have a good week, all!
Hi all - finally back home in Suffolk. arrived about 8pm last night. I love my Grandchildren dearly but I am shattered and was looking forward to staying put for a week or so but I am needed back in London from Tuesday to Thursday. DIL works for NHS and does 3 x 12 hour shifts so its hard for them to work childcare.
Been reading all the news and looking at the photos - Clare I loved the cricket and am planning on getting over to Minsmere very soon.
Hope those with ailments or unreasonable weather get some respite.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

It was enormous. Not quite as big as one of those legendary dog-sized gulls but still big.
dibnlib said:What a shame we won't see one up here.
True ..... but think about all the stuff you have up there that we don't get.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

My height is at least bigger than my waistline but then I am 6 feet tall. I tower over poor old Limpy.
