NC0 surprised us all when she arrived back at Lowes first, with Laddie making his initial landing exactly 6 hours later. She laid her three beautiful eggs after almost near-perfect, precise intervals of 72 hours between each one. Both Laddie and NC0 have regularly exchanged incubation duties and have been very attentive to protect their eggs, and nest, from multiple intrusions during April. The hatching window will open around the 10th May, all being well.

Thanks Richard!
There was more solo feeding for #2 as well before #1 joined in
#1 did show a bit of dominance at that stage and #2 went down. After a couple of bites offered and accepted, #1 joined its younger sibling
Feed over at 18:20, 1 hour and 35 minutes after the fish was delivered.
18:25 Laddie to the nest, intruder alarm calling and chipping. Sky dancing calls were echoing around. NC0 was very much ready to defend too!
Laddie chipping
Both were chipping at this point
NC0 scanned the sky, Laddie chipped some more
Off he went
Laddie, top right
Intruder, top left
Laddie giving chase
Intruder flying towards the birch area
Laddie chasing (top), intruder veering off left
19:14 An intruder was around again. Laddie to the nest chipping/alarm calling
He flapped while turning
Chipping
Both looked skyward
More chipping from Laddie
He flew off the nest
Unknown said:Another feed about 2012, both being fed.
#2 being fed a piece here before NC0 altered her position
#2 behind NC0 here, getting lots of bites,
Her movements did show that #1 was being given some fish too during this part of the session

Cont'd...
20:24 NC0 was still trying to encourage both chicks to eat before moving over to the right side of the nest, they both looked to be totally fully!
Laddie arrived
The way the positions of the chicks were beforehand (thanks Laddie!) it appeared that NC0 fed #1
She altered her position, the now almost just a fish tail, was in her left talons
More fish was being offered
NC0 released her grip of the end of the fish at 20:28
Cue Laddie! lol
#2 on the left
Laddie transferred the fish into his talons
Off to enjoy his much needed supper
NC0 attempting to brood her growing chicks. #1 in view here
Laddie came back to the nest at 21:04 and spent a couple of minutes there. NC0 was fish calling
He made some soft contact calls before leaving; NC0 was still asking for fish
He veered off to the right...
...before landing in this tree behind the nest
Laddie hasn't returned.
NC0, at present, 22:01
