I've been thru a lot of the day's footage and haven't seen many meals - but the 3 goshawklets look OK.

Oh my..
After a meal left by Dad (for the eldest 2) and a bunny by Mum.. the crops are filled to the brim!!

Like mini gladiators willing to fight to the death. Even though I'm smarting from the brutal killing of Scrappy ( which I did not watch btw) I can't help but admire their behaviour and the strict rules they seem to agree to. Also I have I ask did they eat the remains of #4?

Yes Freebird66, mom fed Scrappy to the other three.

18:35:52 to 18:40:26 that squirrel tail must have gone down and up 15 times until mom finally dispatched it. just when you think a chick had finished it off, mom would reach over and yank it out. there were even times of tug of war with it. crazy.
