I didn't start monitoring until just before 02:00 last night.

First visitor of the morning - s/he wasn't allowed to stay but we could only catch a fluffy flash of the Goshawk dashing across bottom right>left  

Goshawk has been in twice this morning so far, here's the first visit as a demo:

It's quite a low-res cam so cropping just shows up the graininess - but here goes for a little portrait:

That goshawk was soo fast chasing the pine marten away..

Ye gods ! that was a flash !! the male is so small next to the female - much more so than Ospreys or other raptors. Thanks Scylla

That is one healthy looking (and luckily for it!) sharp-eyed and speedy Pine Marten! And one gorgeous, lovely, fluffy-bummed Goshawk.

This is my insane period before I collapse into sleep!  Well why otherwise would I have done a vid of this?!

A Goshawk had visited the nestcup 6 more times by 06:35 !!!

2 little birdies on the nest this morning - I was going to say "2 greyish birdies" but some work revealed a Crestie and a Chaffie-looking bird but with greyish breat ???
