After the tragedy of 2021, the 2022 Season was a great success, with 3 beautiful youngsters fledging and migrating - Blue 497, 498 and 499 (courtesy of Glider):
Here's to the safe return of our precious pair, MrsG (thank you MaryGK for the original snap) and Aran:

Today, this year's indispensable volunteers gathered to give us a Group Wave, and I thought we should pay tribute to them here:
(How sparse this seems for a season OP - but it's all I've got to give. I think we need the new thread sooner rather than later, being mindful of the likelihood of Dovey Devils and/or Clywedog Kids swooping in )

I don't think anyone will be very confident, Richard, but she did have a great 2022 season, not fraught like EJ's was, so I didn't feel totally pessimistic in the run-up this year.
To today's "snappers" - thank you - wonderful
I'd better do Aran first (that'll take ages) before tackling the earlier, quite nice-looking, female - see y'all much later!
The beautiful Chief Aran
I read this AG but just cannot ''like'' it and I'll give Mrs G 5 or 6 more days cos the weather is going to be good or reasonable. Anyway, who was it who said , days ago, that Mrs G was in France ?????????????? If it was a ''joke'' a pretty dismal one
The Unringed Female
Not comprehensive - pity we didn't see (or I didn't find) a full frontal - she seems to have a high necklace and a lot of white on her breast - maybe we'll find out...
