15.56 Asha lands with a short stick. Chicks call for fish.
16.24 #3 FISH Axel landed with the fish, followed by Asha. Axel flew off, circling the nest, and Asha yelled at him and mantled. She waited until she was sure he wasn't coming back for it! The chicks were calling, come on Mum, fish please. A large headless fish. It was 1C1 who was fed first this time!! The nest is more like a bucking bronco today, with the wind buffeting it badly.

I was sure 1C2 would be away today, he is like Zebidee, bouncing up and down and back and forth over the nest, 1C1 having a good go at it as well, not long now me thinks.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Despite their decent sized fish, 1C1 was really giving it a good go earlier, as seen by Catlady. Ooooh I didn't think this was such idea, not in this wind. She landed almost on top of 1C2. I realised I was working about 30 minutes behind!!
They are huddled low now, on their elbows. Asha is back on the perch.
The cam is buffering now for me 17.28
Sporting some fine hair doo's!
My it is windy at the minute, they chicks are hunkered down and Asha has her eyes closed. Goodness knows where Axel is!
19.44 Asha starts calling, chicks join in.
#4 FISH, headless.. Asha watches Axel leave and starts to feed the chicks. 1C2 was in pole position, but 1C1 joins in.
19.54 the fish has gone, and Asha demands more.
19.44 fish. Not too shabby
I've been "out of it" and quite confused, sorry - here are some bits I did.
I think this includes 1C1's first proper helicopter - 1C2 soon takes the limelight but don't miss 1C1's near miss at the back of the nest:
1C2 actually pecked at Asha when she tried to take the lunchtime fish:
Asha soon arrived and took control of this one:
She wan't up there all that time
Then she landed on 1C2:
Asha reinforced the front fence with existing sticks:
The juvies had spells of activity up to darkness.
