It is a SWT Nature Reserve near Forfar, Angus, Scotland. There is no webcam on the nest, and there is no Visitor Centre, only a small Hide with limited car parking spaces.

Good afternoon all, here's my latest blog for Conservation Without Borders Flight of the Osprey project, the subject is Osprey rescues. Balgavies Loch, and Aran & Mrs G get a mention.

The Flight of the Osprey expedition set off today. The press picked up the story, here's one version. Sadly I think it's last year's tragedy that holds their interest, but to be fair, they do give a good overview.

It takes a team to rescue an osprey!
What a wonderful story! Such dedicated work. Love it, thanks for posting the link Sandra.
Sandra, thanks for the link. As Korky says, what a wonderful story!! Truly an absolute fantastic blog from the Lowes with stunning captures from Darren Dawson and Norman Davidson. So lovely and reassuring seeing the family together and Blue 640 being fed also sitting in her temporary nest. Great effort by all involved and reading it just makes you feel good :-)
