07:30 - navigating the full 6-hour session, I thought this truck ran over a deer but when I narrowed it down the deer had crossed the lane ages before the truck arrived, phew!
Anyway, the truck stopped and someone got out and did something, let's pretend it was a crime:
An hour later, a Chaffinch (I hope) - please wait for some (maybe out-of-sync) vocals, I laboured to reveal them and am proud of the result - they're ot like LG Chaffinch sing-songs tho:
Every time this corv gave us full profile its beak wouldn't show up against the background, so I chose the fly-off shot - it looked as tho it had seeds or summat in its beak:

Hi Scylla, The finch is a greenfinch. Not yet in full breeding plumage so not very green. On the Red list so good to see one.

Thank you very much, Jill I've changed the title and acknowledged your input in the Description.
(At least I "knew" the song was wrong, and it's good to know we captured an interesting appearance.)

Oops, removed cos something's gone wrong. Back soon.
Some weedy vocals had escaped due treatment, it's still not optimal till the end:
More Raven fun:
One on 'n off the perch early this frosty morning:
Glossy Raven - on the nest and campost for much longer than this but he didn't pose ideally:
