From little 'fluff balls' to almost fully grown ospreys, LR1 and LR2 are doing amazingly well all thanks to the fantastic ongoing care from NC0 and Laddie (LM12). Not only have we seen Laddie providing fish for his family but NC0 has been successful several times just recently as well - what first-class parents they are! There continues to be the occasional intrusion from ospreys passing through, however, the nest and chicks have been protected outstandingly. We look forward to the next exciting phase in the young ospreys' development.
20:40 LR2 has eaten well. On the right here with the fish tail which he subsequently dropped
LR1 wasted no time to pick it up to eat

20:58 LR2 resting after his meal
21:48 Laddie with a very much alive and flapping fish. NC0 had flown from the birch (landing just before Laddie) to claim it...it took her a few seconds to grab hold of it
LR2 came to the nest from the birch area...
...followed by LR1
NC0 took charge of the feed
22:05 When the feed was over, LR2 headed off to his branch on the birch
22:12 LR1 on the perch
22:15 LR1 headed off to the birch area. Three were seen there while NC0 was on the nest, two flying (then disappeared after going mid-way in the birch) and LR2 on his branch...I assume Laddie is there.
NC0 continued to fish call
Edit - 22:30 NC0 flew to the birch area, she didn't land there
IMAGICAT
Laddie's here, suspicious?
And the other LR flew in...
Good morning Scylla, Patily and all
As per Patily's report. I found a dive from NC0 (around 5:50). She flew back to a middle branch on the birch and waited there before heading to the nest with a small fish. LR1 retrieved it from NC0
