From little 'fluff balls' to almost fully grown ospreys, LR1 and LR2 are doing amazingly well all thanks to the fantastic ongoing care from NC0 and Laddie (LM12). Not only have we seen Laddie providing fish for his family but NC0 has been successful several times just recently as well - what first-class parents they are! There continues to be the occasional intrusion from ospreys passing through, however, the nest and chicks have been protected outstandingly. We look forward to the next exciting phase in the young ospreys' development.
A lovely day thank you Karen albeit so time restricted but we did see a lot in our slot! LR1 getting ready for the big launch that Sandra and Mary captured beautifully! Thank you.
Yes Sandra we felt privileged he showed up for us but of course NCO has turned out to be a fantastic mate for him so it was good to see her too and of course..... hear her!
NCO sat on cam post looking like a true Queen of The Lowes!
The pics look better on the phone that the uploads so sorry for the quality at least bit of an insight into the setting of the nest.
Lol, I think the whole of Scotland can hear NC0 once she gets started!
Oh yes, she really is an exceptional Osprey and, as for Laddie, what a brilliant provider for his family he is.
They are super nest view pictures, LAM

Top pic bit of white is Laddie flying to birch tree
Aww, dear Lassie, she was a first-class mum too...
I sometimes think male Ospreys are slightly deaf as, on occasion, they appear to look the other way when a female is shouting a meal request!
MaryGK said:I did a slo-mo video of the flapping fish last night, it was such a shame, as Laddie has been working like a giant fish delivering machine
Thank you ...better late than never
And for the fledge video. It's been so stressful, expecting a freeze at a crucial moment and agonising about bothering anyone into action - and as it turned out, the problem wasn't fixable, we're frozen/buffering as I type.
LAM - thank you for the real life pictures from LoTL They're open much bigger when clicked on
