From little 'fluff balls' to almost fully grown ospreys, LR1 and LR2 are doing amazingly well all thanks to the fantastic ongoing care from NC0 and Laddie (LM12). Not only have we seen Laddie providing fish for his family but NC0 has been successful several times just recently as well - what first-class parents they are! There continues to be the occasional intrusion from ospreys passing through, however, the nest and chicks have been protected outstandingly. We look forward to the next exciting phase in the young ospreys' development.
Sandra P said:Just before 16:00, LR2 helicoptered out of cam view.
That one, and a different style afterwards, and LR1 wins a minor tussle with a piece of fish.
(I think Laddie took the fish away and deheaded it, rather than bring another @ 16:18.)

Early breakfish, CN0 has to be strong to resist LR1's insistent tug
See the breakup when Laddie lands, plus freeze afterwards. The system needs a darn good reboot or we'll have another frozen fledge.
LR1 shot off very purposefully, left...
...and then around to her right up the inlet a bit, then left out of sight.
The green circle shows the impression she left in a freeze, the red circle is her live:
I waited a while but didn't see her fly back across the Loch.
Good morning all
There was a second fish delivery from Laddie at around 5:20
Thanks Scylla and Patily for the early reports
