NC0 25.3.21
It has been great to witness Laddie (LM12) and NC0 renew their bond and also begin to make a safe and cosy nest for impending eggs. It is encouraging to watch NC0 much more comfortable in her surroundings and hope that all continues goes well for them both from here on in.

Yes they were, Korky.
Laddie on the nest at present, he delivered a clump of nesting material at approx.9:40
NC0 hasn't been back to the nest since she left shortly before 7:30

Intruder flying over
Laddie flew off
The intruder could be seen flying towards the nest from the left
It may have flown into the nest tree (shadow over the nest) and away again re pic in my last post
Both NC0 and Laddie are on the nest!
Edit - Laddie has just flown

Laddie flew in with a stick (an awkward one at that!)
NC0 flapped down from the nest tree
10:38 NC0 nestcupping. She had a dig in the cup beforehand
I think an egg for NC0 on 11th or 12th of April.
She is a Bonnie Osprey

Aww, that's a beautifully framed pic of dear NC0, Mary!
She's flown. There was a squirrel (I think) climbing around in one of the back trees a short time prior to her leaving
She returned with nesting material at 11:32
