Tiger's Osprey Info & World Bird Cams
In reply to scylla:
022 is back from his travels, they've been "at it" all day
With varying degrees of success:
The final rebuff:
CJ7 was last seen @ 18:51, 022 @ 20:55.
Birdies LG DU update.
In reply to Mike:
A damp-looking 022 arrived:
13 minutes later he was joined by CJ7 and they stood at the back of the nest very companionably for quite some time.
This snap took ages to narrow down, as CJ7 was preening and I didn't want the perch sticking up out of the back of her head
More offs 'n ons, I think 022 may have gone fishing, CJ7 brought in a small bunch of nest material and was last seen flying away @ 08:41.
No mating attempts seen.
That's up to about 09:20.
In reply to patily:
12:55 CJ7 brought a small stick, stayed only 3-4 minutes, looked as tho she'd eaten:
In the early evening they spent some time on the nest together, but mating attempts were rejected - this was the second one in quick succession:
Cambumps and rattles @ 04:24 and 05:43 - sounded like on then off. No-one yet seen on nest.
