As the season progresses, Laddie (LM12) continues to make occasional visits to the empty webcam nest, defending his area from passing intruders. It is hoped that both he and NC0 have a successful nest in the vicinity of the Loch.

21st July - NC0 made an appearance on the nest, her first visit since 19th April

It certainly is so beautiful this morning Richard
I looked earlier to find the mist just over the loch too...
So lovely

Some more captures.
Stumbles
Picks up a twig and moves it
She has flown
I wonder if it's NCO?
Terrific Starling. Very well done indeed and thank you
Unringed would you think?
You are welcome Cirrus, I was just delighted to find someone on the nest, I probably went overboard with the captures but so little action on this nest I don't suppose it matters.
Cirrus the osprey is ringed.
Looks like NC0 Starling. Nice captures
Fantastic to see, many thanks for the pics, Starling! I agree with Mary, it does appear to be NC0
16:13 Chipping/alarm calling. An Osprey flew from top top left past the trees and over the Loch a minute or so after - no pic as too small and not clear enough
18:38 Laddie to the nest

Wow, STARLING How thrilled I was to see that! She and Laddie must at least still be together hopefully deeply bonding and auguring well for next season.
However !!! Oh woe !!! The whole 6-hour clip for that period is corrupted And 35 gigabytes big !!! I've tried 5 video editors, including one specially installed now for the purpose, but none can play it without enormous freezes. This merely shows that she was alive:
Laddie's clip was fine, but so uneventful that I'm not posting a video - it would be no more informative than SANDRA's supersnaps ;) and I've wasted hours trying to get NC0 fixed
