She didn't come back to the nest for over half an hour, hopefully that means she ate the fish and didn't drop it. Ian

CATCHUP
20:47 Louis wanted to take over but wasn't allowed to:
23:16 Just getting up to fly the rain off her feathers:
It worked ;)
00:15 Someone's out there!
Another flyabout @ 04:13:
Another rain-shaking flyabout:
Shortly after her return Louis flew by with her fish and she gave little peeps.
Blurry, but essential to show the regulation fly-off with fish:
Little Louis :-*
11.22, Aila leaves the nest calling, Louis comes in at 11.23. Aila comes back at 11.27 and takes over incubation again. Ian
Sunny but windy. Just over 2 weeks to first hatch window opening

14.44, headless half fish delivered by Louis. Aila takes it in her beak but I think she swapped it to her talons just off the nest. The observant amongst you may note that she generally wheels around to go behind the nest with her fish. I seem to recall that the fish perch that they both use is behind the camera. Ian
17.31, Aila comes back and deals with the daft stick. Initially she can't because Louis is sitting on it but she perseveres. It is now teetering on the right hand side of the nest and with any luck the next gust of wind will get rid of it. Ian
