Last season Louis and Aila arrived on their nest almost at the same instant on the 4th of April. Here's to a repeat, but a few days earlier to save our anxiety.

13.43, Louis comes back with a large clump of moss. In the space of four days he has created a very acceptable nest cup.
14.11, a stick this time. Ian

There was more skydancing and 3 matings :o ... but no fish :)
BTW, Aila did some housework early and brought in a quite-thick stick - then, as mentioned, she was on the Robin's perch having a preen and chilling:
16.05, Aila is back on the nest with three sweet chirps. Ian

It certainly is - Louis (mainly) has done a wonderful job!
He brought in some lovely fern, presumably it will crumble to a powder with a bit of nestcupping ;)
They were watchful - this was nearly 20:00, first she flew then he did, that was it for the night:
Thank you to everyone, especially IAN, for the commentary.
How lucky we are to have these two together and in fine form :-*
Good Morning All
