While not a UK nest, Barnegat Light is very attractive, IMO, plus it's relatively easy to monitor so how can I resist? ... and it's nice to see the "other birds" who visit.

Note on FB from John at Clwyedog. The hide will not be put in place at the moment as distancing and cleaning can't be achieved. However there are moves afoot - yet to be confirmed- for camera coverage. No mention of returns yet.

Does anybody know the history of SS or at least where I can find Have been looking around TV site.?....plently of blogs but no background info on the resident birds at TV Forest Park Do we know where SS hatched 20+ years ago and why Mrs O has the name she has?

I should have all this information somewhere already in my files, but my memory isn't that great at recalling where LOL....  or rather I didn't take the time to check when replying to Patily on the Glaslyn thread. 

You are welcome Mary, although I hadn't seen the conversation on Glaslyn thread until just now, and you did really well, apart from it was his 20th last year and Tweed Valley were celebrating LOL
