That was how they were behaving after the Ospreys left, before one abandoned the other for a couple of months - I can't be sure how long, as I didn't keep up the downloading.

There are 2 cormorants on the nest for short periods of time, but the resident spends most of the time (between fishing trips) alone and has to amuse itself at night:
