Good Morning All
There is a feed happening just now but the sun is making it hard to see anything of the feed.
I was dreading coming on this morning, but was so happy to see your highlighted in RED announcement Scylla
I can go back and read from where I left off without any fears now.
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
Birdies LG DU update.
I need to be here earlier Mike to catch both the sunrise and the first feed of the day
Hopefully it won 't be long until the sun moves around and what is happening on the nest is more easy to see.
Such a relief to know Chick 4 has worked out a strategy for it to be fed, clever wee osplet. Long may it thrive.
Now Day 18 since the first chicks hatched.
Lovely morning and the chicks are enjoying a snooze in the morning sun. Maya has been off for a little break returning with a stick. Also I notice a part fish lying on the nest so assume breakfish has been served.

Maya has now moved round and taken the fish piece
#4 has its beak up and getting its fish
couple of minutes later #3 gets up and then (06:49) 33 arrives with a fresh fish which Maya takes
06:51 - #4 remains at the front and continues to be fed
07:01 #4 has continued to be fed along with an older sibling.
07:03 #4 turns away full and joins its siblings
07:07 All done and Maya now settles down and covers the chicks.
33 arrives with a stick
Maya giving the chicks a top up just now
Eldest and #3 up first
08:05 Change over - The other older chick has moved up and #4 gets itself in when the first elder chick has finished. #3 also moves away. So now #4 is getting its top up along with the other elder chick
