Continued from April 2019
The season so far:
Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. They are currently incubating 4 eggs laid 2, 5, 8 and 11 April with the first expected to hatch around 9 May

Was this just brought in? OK, I'll check back. I'm not sure what's happened to it now, being eaten or having been taken away? 33 is back so it must be the former.
IMAGICAT
33 ate some of it on the nest while Maya had a flyabout, then flew off with it.
While they were both there they seemed interested in the nestcup, several times I saw a fourth head which turned out to be a wing ;)
Earlier I saw half an eggshell kicked up but it could have been there a long time.
Maya feeding the chicks and 33 has landed and mantling!
33 not happy!

Maya now covers the chicks as 33 continues to flap and scream ... can't see anything?

33 has now flown
Only news from Rutland is about their new limited edition pin for sale celebrating their 150th chick.
No mention about the fourth chick !!!!!
Another feed going on. Maya fed with her back to us resulting we could only see a couple of bobs and got glimpses of the others through her legs.
One of those times I will manage to get a capture of the four bobs LOL
