Intruder around. 33 arrives mantling and Maya gets down protecting the chicks and eggs
Threat quickly passes and 33 calmly stands at the side of the nest.
He has now flown as must I. BBL
33 landed with another fish which Maya takes, gets herself balanced and eats
two heads are up looking for fish
Maya begins to feed
Top cam is playing up a bit, keeps freezing.
Maya off on a comfort break.
and back
Love the way she teaches the chicks independence from day 1 :-)
33 now in as Maya covers the chicks. He looks so proud
I bet 33 is now missing his little sit down ...
I always feel a little sorry for him when they hatch for he so loved his turn incubating
Another feed. Little and Often - Maya knows how to keep them happy :-)
