I notice on the UK Ospreys countdown page that Llyn Brenig's HR7 has an estimated arrival date of 22nd March, just as B24 had.
From my saved screen captures, this was him visiting the Glaslyn nest on 17.4.17
and again at Glaslyn last season on 5.4.18 before heading to pair up with B24 at the Llyn Brenig nest
As a reassuring observation, I assume he can't be classed as 'late' just yet?

Balgavies
Not good news at Balgavies, the nest where Blue YD(17) m hatched. He was tagged, but it failed when he first returned. He has been seen on the Eden River, in the Eden Valley.
A pair of Canada Geese have taken over the nest, and defended it. Green BF(10)m returned yesterday morning, and a female landed on the nest on 31 March, but I am not sure it was confirmed as last year's unringed female. The battle started y'day and continued today. Jacqueline Dawson posted a short vid of the action on the FB page.
Sheila Blue YD was hatched and tagged in 2012
and Green BF was hatched in 2004
All this information is on the BALGAVIES LOCH OSPREY 2019 Thread.
Just mentioning as no point in people getting confused with your dates above.
Also its is Greylag geese that have taken over the nest
EDIT - Just noticed, might as well mention too, that Blue YD has been seen and photographed regularly at the Eden Estuary in Fife, which is near Guardbridge, and not in the Eden Valley which I believe is in Cumbria. Call me an old pedantic sod, but got to get it right.

Sheila - As I mentioned above there is a Balgavies Loch Osprey thread that has run every year since 2014 that you are aware of, and I posted this information on it two minutes after it was posted on their facebook page.
I am curious as to why you are repeating the same information on NEWS FROM OTHER NESTS thread?
Thanks Ann, it is a worry as they have occupied the nest before.
A HUGE AND HUMBLE APOLOGY Mary.
I seem to have made a right pig's ear of it anyway and will cease.
Sheila
Good Morning Sheila, thank you for putting this link here, one thing to note it is not MY thread, anyone can post on it, as long as the things posted on it are not a repeat of what I have already posted. I just don’t see the point in that.
Llyn Brenig
A beautifully clear vid of Blue 24 taken by Gary Jones, and posted with his permission. This professional page is public and can be seen here and has a photo of it snowing heavily at Llyn Brenig this morning.
