I just hope we see truth in the old saying for March "in like a lion, out like a lamb" !!
There must be some weight on the all the nests around the various sites at Rutland. Hopefully not too much damage but the team is usually well prepared and I am sure they will get everything ship-shape for the forthcoming season.
Following the departure of Tim and Kayleigh, there are now two new faces at Rutland .

I'm a latecomer to this thread so I will answer about Lagoon 4 - there was a breeding attempt a couple of years ago with eggs laid but the EG disrupted that nest and the new pair did not make another attempt and went their separate ways. Last year there was a single male hanging around there but didn't attract a female.
There is hope this year that we may get a breeding pair on the nest so fingers crossed.
Sandra, a blog advised of 8 breeding pairs but I can only think of 7 nests.
Was there a new breeding pair at Site B last year?
Karen, there is a new breeding pair but I am not sure where the nest is
