As CLARACH 2R(13) from the DYFI Osprey Project has settled on the FCS Aberfoyle's main nest for the last week or so, it is probably best that there be a dedicated thread for Aberfoyle.
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.
THE LODGE AT FOREST VISITOR CENTRE - Facebook Page where you will find current information and also historic info on the project.
Some history of Clarach's return to Wales - CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO TAKE YOU TO the excellent blog about her return.
Lets hope Clarach settles here, lays eggs and generally has a successful season.

Mary, Thanks for the thread--great to see Clarach has settled on a nest with a camera!
Everyone, thanks for all the pics and posts.
Kind regards, Ann
Thank you Mary for the update on the webcam.

Well the Cam has been fixed, but alas no sign of Clarach. The nest looks like it needs a lot of work to be done to it, and you would think if both Ospreys were going to use this nest they would be bringing in moss and twigs to build the nest up a bit.

I have asked on their Facebook Page is Clarach and unringed male are still around, as its been a wee while since I have seen any of them on the nest.

Well Caught Starling, and Karen.
They must have moved the cam as it is now focussed to one side. Very strange!
How very annoying LOL
Hi Mary, reminds me of the LDOP cam, it was all to one side too! I'm sure they'll get it aligned soon - I hope so :-)
It was perfectly aligned earlier Karen, I wonder why move it now..... Flippin nuisance LOL
Would have been able to get some nice captures of her too, thank goodness you and Starling got some before it went all squint :-)
LOL Its agony watching it as just want to draw the mouse over it to move it into right position ha ha,,,,,
She is such a beauty too.....
Ah well will just have to watch her the way it is, now if Clarach could oblige and just move a little ha ha.....
