Osprey at Hilton Head right now
Esthwaite Safari are now saying that it is not KY, last years male, on the platform nest, but another blue ringed male, right leg not sure of number as yet.
Thanks ChrisyB. I do hope he is just late. It would be sad to lose a bird that has been seen so regularly at Tanji Marsh.
An update from Aberfoyle here, with a video, here, but for those not on FB
The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre
We were really excited this morning to see two ospreys on the nest - both are unringed so they maybe the pair from last year. We didn't see who brought in the fish unfortunately but it didn't last long!
Since then we've seen multiple mating attempts which is a great sign!

Loch Doon now reporting Angel back. Another pair reunited.
John Williams, Clywedog has just reported Dylan is Back Home! As you say, Alan, yet another pair reunited! And this makes it full house in Wales, as far as the public nests are concerned.
I'll try for you Mary.
Birdies LG DU update.
