HAPPY NEW WEEK! Hello to everyone, and I hope you all have a good week.
I thought I would begin the week by honouring Brenda. She was a wise and truly kind person, and she will be missed.
I'm sure its normal to feel like that, Heather - there are bound to be times in each day when it hits you. Just go with the flow, as they say, and take it as part of the grieving process. {{HUGS}}
I know what you mean about your son: whenever I see my Youngest, I break into smiles, he is so easy going and smiley, its infectious!
Speaking of smiling, how about this ?
Not if they've got any sense, Lindy!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I had a lovely day at Minsmere today, though I didn't see the glaucous gull. Now going through my photos.
Shame you didn't see the gull, Clare, but glad you enjoyed your day. :-) Its been too cold here to be out and about!
Just enjoyed a lamb dinner, then found a piece of my tooth in my mouth. Bah! It's a back tooth that I've been nursing as it's got a big filling in it. Now I may lose the whole thing, as if there isn't enough tooth left to hold it, the filling may give out. Ironically, I was reminding my OH only yesterday that we have checkups coming up soon. I'm in mourning for my tooth already: I have hardly any at the back. Wah!
It's photo time. First up - a lovely shoveler enjoying some 'me' time:

Here are the rest - click on this lovely blackbird to see the rest:
Another great set Clare. Could you check your PM's please?
Birdies LG DU update.
Just have.....I've got none outstanding.
Evening all: Another busy day on the phone, etc.
Heather: Have a lovely time with the boys!
Lindybird: As Clare says "Not if they've got any sense." :-))
Will try to blather a bit more tomorrow, but I'm going to try to drag myself away from my desk/phone and do some work in the garden. Have a good Saturday everyone.
