Hi Tina I dont know what to suggest concerning the starlings. We had them where I used to live but now hardly any and I miss them! I can understand if the neighbour not happy! I think once all the babies have grown up they will disperse anyway so I think it may only be temporary. Hope all goes well.

He is indeed a bit of a bully, its not his fault though as I think this is normal for most birds of prey, they are slightly spaced apart and always a stronger one so that if there is a shortage of food one at least is "guaranteed" to survive. But the other 2 in this nest will be just fine as there is plenty to go round! Blue33 is a fantastic provider! We saw this behavoir in the extreme in 2012 with Caledonia and Alba.
