Will EJ return this week? What if another female tries to claim the nest? Will super-Odin return to fish another year? Or will EJ take another mate (she'd better not!!) Will YOU be the lucky blogger to catch the first glimpse of an osprey at LG? Tune in to the Loch Garten LIVE webcam for the first installment of Loch Garten Ospreys - 2010!!
Seriously, lots of interesting chat on the last page or two of the previous week's chatter. Catch up now because you won't have time once the ospreys are back in town! :-)
Very clever Lindybird.
Huntly Peregrines webcam is back on line:http://www.forestry.gov.uk/forestry/infd-72uk2p
Thanks Alan for another link wonder whether I will be able to watch it along with all the other web cams I have been watching. I think the ospreys will gain the most viewing and will just have to look once a day at all the others.
Still on a high from yesterday and even more now. For the first time bluetits have taken up residence in a nest box quite near to my kitchen window and I have been watching on and off all morning as they take nesting material in. The box has been up for 4 years and this is the first time we have seen any bluetit use although they are in our garden regularly.
Hope you weather is not too bad and have a good weekend.

Yes I noticed that earlier Alan, did you notice they have already changed the clock lol
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy. Spike Milligan
Lindybird you are so clever and says it all about our ospreys. Have a good weekend.
Hi Cirrus lovely capture of our beautiful EJ, golden halo around her.
Good afternoon DjoanS sorry to read about your back trouble, take it easy won't you. Hope it did make up for things a bit when you read about EJ. Just amazing how these birds travel so many miles twice a year. Want Odin to arrive soon so on tenterhooks again. Hope you have a fairly decent weekend and your back improves for you.
Unknown said: Hi, all. I'm a little late to the party today (I was away). But I wanted to say that, like all of you, I'm thrilled that EJ has returned. Isn't nature mysterious and glorious?!!!

Diane loved the above, we do have some very creative people on the forums. have a good day.
Lindybird: How can you come up with verse just off the top of your head - brilliant! But Djoan: Ugh. Slipped in the shower - I've done that and it's just an awful hit. Total sympathy from this end. I'm sure you're doing all the right things, but I know back stuff can take a while to calm down. Do take care! Hope the trip was good.
Going to have breakfast with daughter this morning and maybe putter around a store or two - in between watching EJ of course and keeping an eye out for our first Oriole. Will try to get a photo this year, but they're pretty skittish and don't hang about.
For anyone who's interested; Trucker dude is at a truck show and has posted a few pix of some very fancy rigs on http://bigrigtravels.blogspot.com/
Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I hope you don't mind my posting this: this is Linda returning to the nest to be greeted by Sulev - and her reply. You should have heard the racket !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!have Wow - often they are gentle and quiet with their greetings but NOT on this occasion LoL :)
